What does shows and views mean?

In My Jobs section you can find statistics for each:

• Number of shows means how many times your job has appeared in search results on our website.
• Number of views — how many times did users go to your job page (job seekers, other companies, unregistered users).
• Received resume — how many offers from candidates were sent to a particular job.
