Talent.UA resume publication rules

Resume database of  Talent.UA website is intended for job search in Ukraine ads placement, as well as recruitment in our region. Placement vacancies in the database is free and is governed by the following rules.

1. Resume must be placed in thematically appropriate category. One ad can simultaneously accommodate of three subcategories of one category.

   1.1. Duplication one resume in two categories is not allowed.

   1.2. The moderator reserves the right to change the category if it does not match the position indicated in resume.

2. It is necessary to correctly indicate the name of the desired position. It is forbidden to indicate several incompatible posts in the "Position" field  (e.g. loader, shop assistant, courier), the social status of the applicant (student, applicant, scholar) and any additional information.

   2.1. Placing ads without specifying a particular job title or profession is not allowed. “Any”, “Worker…”, “Different”, “Diverse”, “Perspective”, etc. are not post and are deleted.

   2.2. The post must be written without abbreviations of names, with all the necessary spaces and punctuation.

3. Banned ads:

   3.1. that are not related to job search;

   3.2. containing advertising of any services or goods under the guise of summary;

   3.3. obscene or offensive content;

4. Text not allowed:

   4.1. to have phone numbers, the cost of a call for which exceeds the standard tariffs;

   4.2. writing words in capital LETTERS (if it is not abbreviation), a sparse font (l i k e t h i s) or other ways that make it difficult to read. Ads written entirely in capital letters will be deleted from the website.

   4.3. to use of special characters and HTML tags.

5. Applicant's photo that meets the following requirements can be added to resume:

   5.1. photo shows exactly the applicant, not the car, the shop, desktop, machines, etc..

   5.2. there is only one person in the photo;

   5.2. the photo bears no advertising information and contact details of the applicant;

   5.3. the background corresponds to a professional activity or is neutral;

   5.4. photo of offensive or obscene nature, pictures of animals, heroes of movies, comics, etc. are not allowed.

6. Site Administration is not responsible for the accuracy and content of information posted by users of the site and reserves the right to refuse placing information on the website without explanation..

Violators may be denied re-posting of any information on our server.

Recommendations

Additional information field is for more detailed description of your experience and qualifications. From the fields "Phone" and "E-mail" it is necessary to fill at least one, so that a potential employer can find you.

If you do not want your ad appealed after it has lost its relevance, specify a deadline for its action when placed. Using registration, you can edit hide or delete your resume anytime.
