qualitative research, created effective information structures (IAM, CJM, User
Flows)
Utilized the Kano model to prioritize essential features, developed and tested
prototypes
Designed an intuitive and visually appealing application interface.

their financial goals, analyzed the results of previous research and created a
User Persona
Developed the concept and structure of the web service according to user
requirements, created mockups and interactive prototypes
