Professional Summary

I am a goal oriented, proactive, and hard-working person. Throughout my schooling and at university, I took part in a number of local and regional olympiads, different competitions and other events and won at some of them. At university, I also took part in local and national scientific conferences. As well, I have articles that were published in local scientific magazines and local newspapers. Currently, I have a bachelor's degree in Law and nine months of work experience at a law firm. At the law firm, I completed numerous different tasks. For example, I helped senior management hire staff, then trained them, and I facilitated the new hires adaptation to a new team. Also, I managed two employees and was responsible for the quality of their work. I consistently proved my ability to do work on time, solve critical problems, and prioritize my tasks. I am currently seeking a role as a recruiter in the IT field to further my career goals. I haven't worked in this field in the past, but I have a commitment to results that provide capable, motivated and successful candidates for employment and a desire to create effective recruiting strategies for a dynamic workforce.
