The activities and approaches that your program supports are very close to me in both, personal and professional

sense. As a person who has been working in the field of dialogue, networking and communication on the Ukrainian

east for 5 years in a row, I deeply share your approaches and values

​​that you bring to develop post-conflict

communities.
My personal interest includes the exploration of the genesis of post-conflict regions in the world, specializing in

post-Soviet states for the previous 5 years. 
 
Furthermore, I am currently writing a comparative study of the work of civic-cultural institutions in post-conflict

regions of Georgia and the Balkans to work out recommendations for Ukraine as my diploma work at Ukrainian

Catholic University.
That is why I am very interested in your job, both professionally and personally. 
 
For my part, I can offer you my expertise based on 5 years of working with donor projects on the part of the

recipient. This experience gives me insights into improving the work of the grants distributor organization.

Additionally, I’m interested in improving DG East’s work with field beneficiaries with whom I have been

connected directly during 2015-2020.
