Position: Data Manager 2017-2019 year
• receive tasks from the Chief Expert on socio-political issues and, based on them, set tasks for the monitors
on the organization and conduct of:
- Observation of processes and objects related to the realization of rights of IDP and victims of conflict of the
population;
- meetings with representatives of local authorities, non-governmental organizations, local communities, as
well as internally displaced persons;
- focus groups, other studies and formal events to discuss the problems of local residents, IDP and victims of
conflict;
- surveys of the aforementioned subjects;
• coordinate the work of the regional team of monitors within the territory of the responsibility of the
regional office of the Organization in accordance with the instructions of the Chief Social Policy Officer and
to organize an effective system for collecting information from the monitors on the current humanitarian
situation and to coordinate the organization of the monitoring process with the Chief Specialist in Public
Policy Issues ;
• consolidate and carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of the information collected by monitors,
and based on them to write reports in Ukrainian and English (current, thematic, etc.);
• analyzing the performance indicators of the monitoring team of the regional office of the Organization;
• prepare on request and in accordance with the instructions of the Chief Expert on Socio-Political Issues
and Chief Analyst of the consolidated information materials on the specified topics on the activities of the
Charitable Foundation «Right to protection» in the region;
• To attend the events identified in the framework of the project, to present the results of the monitoring
according to the individual instructions of the Chief Specialist in Public Policy and the Chief Expert on Socio-
Political Issues;
• To participate in the development and refinement of monitoring tasks for monitors in accordance with the
instructions of the Chief Expert on Socio-Political Issues and Voice Analysis of Consolidated Information;
Develop a methodology for regional monitoring and templates for regional and / or thematic reports;
• To identify in a timely manner the trends in respect of the rights of IDP within the area of responsibility of
the regional office of the Organization and to initiate an additional study of the situation by notifying the
Chief Expert on Socio-Political Issues and Chief Analytical Officer of the consolidated information;
• To collect, systematize and store the documentation and materials according to the results of the current
monitoring in paper and electronic form;
• promptly inform the Chief Specialist in Socio-Political Issues and Chief Expert on Socio-Political Issues
about emergencies and / or emergencies;
• At the request of the Chief Specialist in Public Policy, to participate in planning the activities of the entire
regional office team, to have information on the status of tasks performed by monitors and their location
while performing such tasks, and to facilitate timely information of the team members of the regional office
on the tasks or news of the organization
