Being incredibly proactive with my roles I always seek to make them my own and adapt myself to the role as much as the role to my own strengths, having worked with SME's and major multinational firms in the past I bring a well-rounded approach to any task. I always aim to drive forward in any role with a resourceful can-do attitude.

Having developed strong communication skills, with a well-developed capability with Microsoft packages and various project management packages I feel my team player attitude as well as my ability to work under my own initiative makes me an asset to my future employer.

Technical Project Manager (Contract) – Active Consultancy – United Kingdom

- Managing and leading a team of six Developers within a management consultancy

- Using Scrum Master Project Management within an Agile framework to manage projects and work packages

- Facilitate technical project set up and delivery

- Acting as the key contact with internal and external stakeholders such as the development team, sales colleagues and clients, to understand the project vision and turn this into an effective technical solution.

- Day-to-day client liaison and communication of project progress and challenges to clients and colleagues through managed Scrum meetings and Sprint meetings.

Working with deVere Group - the world’s largest Independent Private Wealth Management Advisory group.

In this role my primary tasks were:

  • Business Development of potential clients

  • Alongside telemarketing, building contact through regular networking to source new business in a more personal level with our potential client base

  • Aiding in fund selection and client 'statement of selection'

  • During my tenure I trained my own team of four Financial Co-ordinators/Business Development Executives

  • Organised regular meetings between front office advisors and business development staff to better improve the service and communications between the hand-off point.
