Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative in Kharkiv to build relationships with local garment manufacturers. Your primary role will be to introduce our latest fabric collections, negotiate deals, and secure orders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven professional to earn high commissions by representing a premier international supplier.
Requirements:
Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales or key account management experience within the textile, garment, or fashion industry. This is mandatory.
Languages:
Russian: Native or fluent proficiency (verbal and written) for effective communication with local clients.
English: Fluent proficiency (verbal and written) for clear communication with our international management team and understanding product technical details.
Skills:
Proven track record in B2B sales and closing deals.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong existing network of contacts within Kharkiv's garment production industry is a significant advantage.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education: A degree in Business, Textile Technology, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, prospect, and build relationships with new and existing garment producers in the Kharkiv region.
Conduct professional meetings and presentations to showcase our seasonal fabric collections and sample swatches.
Understand client needs and propose suitable fabric solutions from our portfolio.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve order targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to order collection and handover to our logistics team.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management on client needs, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Represent “El Fabrica” professionally at all times, building our brand reputation in the Ukrainian market.
