VIP Support development and Support specialist.
(4 month)
About the role:
The Player Experience VIP Advocate or VIP Support plays a critical
role for Murka Games by providing a white-glove support experience to Murka's most highly
engaged players. ll worked directly with a team and a studio to solve issues for our VIP
players, collect feedback, win back lapsed players and see to it that they have a frictionless
entertainment experience.

Support the VIP players primarily through email, chat, and social channels, but
sometimes picking up the phone and making that connection will be required to truly
delight our players.
●
Proactively reach out to lapsed or at-risk players to identify friction points in an effort to
get them back to enjoying their favorite Murka Games.
●
Own the player experience and be a problem solver by using your tools, adept people
skills and creative problem-solving skills to deliver solutions to VIP players that result in
an exceptional play experience.
●
Work with multiple teams including game studios, live operations, Player Insights,
program management and partners.
●
Collaborate with other members of the VIP system team to improve performance, drive
consistency across our games in order to make it easy for players to find solutions.
Achievements:
● Created the Ambassadors program from scratch and signed 80 contracts with VIP
players;
● Increased the payment capacity of the client base of the Ambassador program by 15%;
● Identified fraudulent manipulations by unscrupulous clients and found a way to close
their activities by entering into their trust;
● Due to the feedback of our players the UI of the biggest Murka's project was changed
that attracted new players and re-engaged the old ones.
● Due to the tastes of our Ambassadors the Youtube channel was created, I attracted the
15 micro influencers on our Youtube channel and we did great videos with United States
citizens who are politicians, businessmans, jail warden, federal agents and etc for
community entertainment purposes.

Ambassadors direction development & Influencers manager (20 month)
About the role:
The develop and deliver this new and exciting community-based program
to support the business in reaching aggressive customer growth and sales goals. This
program will enable real time customer feedback to inform our customer and product
strategies. A successful Program Manager will derive business insights from this segment –
from understanding their life moments and how they incorporate social responsibility into
their every action to knowing why and how they purchase. Then share these insights in an
actionable timeframe across product design, merchandising, marketing, the digital shopping
journey and the in-store experience.
Simultaneously, this role will develop an engagement framework to enable this community
to create and amplify as micro-influencers. This will result in customer generated peer-to-
peer content and product reviews that are authentic, unfiltered and in real time to drive word
of mouth, brand engagement and sales.
This program manager will define and drive program KPIs and a program growth plan that
evolves with the customer and changing business needs.

Responsibilities: Oversee and support the execution of client programs end-to-end from
concept (proposal and creative/social strategy) to campaign kick-off to final delivery.

Daily management of online marketing campaigns including A/B testing, ad copy writing
and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative
testing, etc.

Research, collect, and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data
sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the online marketing
campaigns
●
Utilize bid management tools, data modeling, and testing to maximize the effectiveness
of PPC campaigns
●
Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure that the wider team is
aware of campaign performance trends
●
Manage relationships with third party bid management partners to effectively and
efficiently allocate budget across search engines and terms to maintain performance
success
●
Collaborate with design team to develop new and iterative creative concepts, develop A/
B test schedule, interpret results, and recommend next steps

Facebook Acquisition manager (6 month)
