What I learnt from that position:
* I've worked with people in various psychological states (which expanded my knowledge

to layoffs a valuable personnel which also can case the loss of key clients (very important
to make at last some basic trainings for developing EI)
* while working with successors, I got understanding: sometimes the usual change in the
schedule/format of working, some improvement in motivation. Sometimes is enough to
give some extra days off for merit, or to give permission to perform different than their
direct responsibilities, providing the opportunity for learning on trainings, brings the
company more profit (no need to start from 0 with a new person, and we do not lose
valuable candidates by making them very loyal and involved)

Good knowledge of the English language and the inability to develop it to the fluent led
me to the fact that I need to leave the usual language environment (which continued in
Egypt).
So, I chose the way to perform the English in a Turkey, and I had students with English

The most important task for the HR in the agro sector in Ukraine is head hunting. The
very well known fact is that this area is highly competitive, and you need to create new
specialists or simply "steal" the ready ones. Moreover, in agro sector, the concept of a
season is everything and you have no time for infusion, so I was luring people not only
from other companies but also from other regions. One of the places of search were
LinkedIn, Facebook, and of course, sometimes I had only family names. So I needed to
work through private social networks, sometimes former work just to obtain contact
information. In addition, to see what is going to be their interests in addition to the salary
(salary is +/- the same in the market), I did find their interests, and my psychological
background taught me how to listen.
