12”/10”/8” CS flow lines - 84 km; 20/24” CS trunk lines – 36km, 4” Alloy825, 4”SS, 6” CS trunk lines – 36km as per diameter; BVS – 3 nos, river bridge and existing railway crossings, pig launcher/receiver etc.; Wellheads - 7 nos;
Closed Drain/Oil Water System and Condensate Stabilization System (CPF area) at Desulfurization Gas Plant
a 60 m vehicular bridge thru Murgab river with a 1200m approach asphalt roads.
Scope of work included all types of work from receiving materials from Petrofac to civil (site surveying, preparation and all type of earth work, rebar, form and concrete works), welding (of CS, SS, Alloy pipes), NDT (visual/RT/UT) and destroy tests, coating by shrink sleeves & painting, laying and backfilling, cathodic protection, cleaning/hydrotest/flushing//N2-purging, calibration and intelligent pigging.
Piping, steel structure erection and different types of equipment installation (includes heavy weight), E&I, heat-tracing, painting, insulation and cladding works were done at the CPF, Wellheads, BVS areas and pile’s work was done while vehicular bridge construction.
All works were done by the company under my direct management and its sources without involving other Subcontractors (except calibration and intelligent pigging)
Manage and ensure of site mobilization and storage facilities: (office, work shop, camp and catering for 1200 workers, a 2000 m2 storage area with containers and hall), equipment (more than 250 units such as: 20-150 ton cranes, side booms, excavator, dozers, tracks & dolly, buses, welding equipment, hydro- and pneumatic testing and flushing units, Visual/RT/UT Lab and tools), manpower (1200 workers and 120 supervisor&engineers at the peak of project), required materials (from local market and abroad).
Creates and manage of the Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement&Logistic etc departments directly at the site and in accordance with Petrofac’s requirements and training.
Implement a Project Execution Plans, revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Control and management of project work progress at the site in accordance with Project Schedule and Cost, QA/QC requirement, HSE policy, PTW system.
Monitors monthly invoicing procedure in accordance with carried out scope of construction work, implemented equipment and tools.
Find out and solving a difficulty/problems while project activity with Contractor/Client/ Government institution.
To obtain the required Client/Government authorizations to commence and carry out construction work
Mechanical completion, pre-commission&commission, hand-over of completed works to Contractor, reconciliation and completion the Project and SubContract with Contractor.
Ensuring commitment and adherence to HSSE policies and guidelines. Participation at monthly Top management (Petrofac and Subcontractors) HSE meeting; ensure to Weekly Tool Box meeting, daily HSE meeting at the site.
