 Delivered new features to prediction platform for large European car manufacturer.
 Designed and built soft phone integrated with salesforce desktop for large pharmaceutical

company. The solution provided an instant data visibility about the customer which
reduced the time per call and increased customer loyalty by improving agent’s competence.

 Designed and delivered feature for large charity organisation allowing them to get detailed

call metrics allowing them to make a case for a bid for more funding.

 Delivered feature to large charity organisation allowing them to prioritise agent by skills,

which allowed customer to get additional contracts with several government departments.

 Designed and delivered a web solution to replace manual data capture. This enabled the

company to free up resources for other tasks.

 Delivered web interface with contact centre integration that replicated the legacy platform

features as part of migration to a new platform for large insurance company.

 Developed new features according to customer requirements.
 Worked on back-end (C#) as well as front-end (Angular 6) parts of microserviced application.
