Initiated programs to prepare students for IELTS, BEC, and other proficiency examinations. Created classes to improve students working usage of the language and to instruct them in certain areas of English, sales,marketing, legal, administrative, business negotiations. Organized conversation and debate sessions to maintain and advance the language skills of the most proficient speakers. I had to adapt to new leadership and new company objectives over a four year period with minimal instruction.

Intecracy IT Freelance In-House English Teacher January 2012 to

Consortium. December 2015

Softengi.

Conducted individual and group lessons to advance the general English language skills of all staff within the consortium, with a focus on the largest member, Softengi. Designed and implemented an English language course specifically targeted toward IT workers and the ICQTB certification program. Held 8 week Business English courses for Softengi Training Center. Carried out an 'accent reduction program' for key members of top management and mid-level company leaders. Instructed students in their preparation for IELTS and BEC English proficiency certification examinations.

Objectives

My short term aim is to find part time work on the weekends and /or during weekday evening hours. In August 2019 I took a line of credidit to pay for hip-replacement surgery [arthroplasty] and I need to supplement my income until the credit is paid off at the end of winter [March] in 2020.

My long term objective is to find an In-House teaching position for a progressive and growing company that has developed an excellent company culture. I truly believe that good company culture can be achieved only through Honesty and integrity. It must have as it's foundation fairness, trust, and transparency. Programs and fringe benefits are great, and can be part of the mix, however they don't replace these fundamental elements. It is my greatest wish to find and work with an organization that has this as their vision for the future.
