    • Strong management skills. Since 2010 year has been working as a top manager in different companies. At the moment, CEO of an industrial company with 200+ employees. Over the last two years of work, doubled the company revenue and profit, brought the company to international markets and upgraded/modernized its equipment fleet (VLMZ, PJSC);

    • Proven experience of international negotiations, long-term sales and business analysis in IT (Fintech/e-Commerce). Initiated/drove/facilitated scrum implementation, acted as a Scrum Master for two pilot projects (2015-2016, Prinum, LLC);

    • Strong leadership skills. During 7 years of work conducted fruitful negotiations with over 1000 of different companies at the owner and/or CEO level. As a result, the competence and quality of consulting services provided by the bank office staff members increased by an average of 27% (according to the results of the testing and the "mystery shopper" program carried out in 2013, PJSC "VBR"). Prepared and conducted training and coaching programs. As a result of training events carried out in three bank branches during a month, the actual performance improved by 35%, with further positive dynamics preserved (2011, JSC "Swedbank");

    • Developed promotion events. Successfully completed 3 branding and advertising projects. The offered concept of corporate business branding as integrated into the long-term bank strategy (2013 PJSC "VBR"), and

    • Proven experience of work in the project office. Coordinated the project on CRM system launching. A project team member for the brand book, service standards and organizational structure development. Received "the key personnel of PJSC “VBR” in 2013" title awarded by the Chairman of the bank (PJSC “VBR”, 2013). Adapted the lean production concept in the service sector.
