• Management of Engineering Team with a multi-discipline, roles, process data updating with related departments (Instrument, Structure&Civil, HVAC, Ecological, Economic Evaluation and Cost Estimate, etc.).

• Process simulation of gas and oil production, gathering, treatment and transportation systems in applied software (Aspen Hysys, Schlumberger PipeSim)

• Performing of different types of process calculations: material-heat balances of installations, hydraulic calculations of pipelines (pressure drop due to friction, elevation), throttling orifices, chokes, pressure safety valves (PSV), heat exchangers (shell and tube), Process Manuals, Operating & Control and Strat-up & Shutdown Philosophies, Process Equipment List process evaluation and calculations;

• stress analysis of pipeline and piping systems

• creation of different types of diagrams (PFD, Equipment principal, piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID);

• work with regulative documents and process basic requirements;

• reviewing and analysis of technical and commercial proposals from equipment suppliers in correspondence with Customer’s technical requirements;

• developing reports for equipment surveys, cost estimates, and process studies;

• provide negotiations with Client Companies, main Contractors, Client equipment Suppliers;

• provides technical advice (process) to other disciplines (interface activities);

• development and corrections of Client’s technical requirements, questionnaires fulfillment;

• help in making official correspondence with Customers and Equipment Suppliers and Subcontractors;

• provide project supervision and managing of site’s supervision authority, close relationship with Commissioning Team

• participation in HAZOP/HAZID studies, 3D Model reviewing, Equipment Selection Studies and Sizing

• Knowledge of regulative documents of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and international standards API/ASME/ASTM/NACE, GOST, VRD, RD, PB, STO Gazprom.
