How and why to update resume?

Resume needs to be updated (raised in the general list) in order to be higher in search results and more noticeable to the employer.

Go to My Resume menu. Opposite the resume title there are control buttons, which can edit, raise, remove it. Click Republish and resume will be transferred to the top of general list within 15 minutes.

Please note: resume can be updated no more than once in three days.
