Sending your resume file to the employer, you can publish it on the website, and then other companies will be able to get acquainted with it. If you do not want your resume to be available to other users of the site, you can send it only to the selected employer without publishing a resume on website. To do this, in resume sending form, uncheck the box Publish resume on website. In this case, your data will be available only to the employer to whom you sent resume file.
