EXPERIENCE

Constant work on different English projects during studying at

school, university and others. Was a master of American-

Ukrainian project devoted to HIV. Also got an experience with

native speakers. Currently working as a customer support

representative at Rearnita starting from Nov,2018.

My job involved working with Zendesk Support, Zendesk Chats,

Freshdesk, Slack, Microsoft Office and Google Docs with

Spreadsheets.
