I worked as an automation programmer at Vodafone British Account. I automated some routine work process and deployed them into an AI automated tool.

Served as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Performed remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Recorded events and problems and their resolution in logs, worked with TCP/IP environment.
