Position: Premium Spirits HoReCa Manager Ukraine
Job responsibilities:
- development of company Premium Spirits portfolio;
- focus on TOP Platinum HoReCa outlets Ukraine;
- subordinate 6 On-Trade Accounts Leaders (Kyiv-***********, Dnipro-************,
Lviv-1).
Achievements:
- launched a new structure in our spirits department – On-Trade Accounts Leaders;
- launched module “Spirit Academy” for HoReCa teams, active participation on
relaunching PS/Mixability booklet;
- signed contracts with key customers such as Kozirnaya Karta, Mirovaya Karta, Carte
Blance, FM Group, Buldozer Group, Ibiza, iFest, Malevich etc.;
- Spirits sales in TOP HoReCa increased by +51% vs LY (a.-12616 UC,
p.-8343 UC); 
- Super-premium sales increased by +53% vs LY (a.-792 UC, p.-519 UC);
- Total PS volume sales in HoReCa channel increased by +46% vs. LY (a.-24551 UC, p.-
16863 UC); 
- listing JD Super-premium in TOP Platinum HoReCa is done (GJ-90, SB-70); 
- realised Lighthouses in Ukraine: JD FOB – 6 (Malevich, Lviv; Bolero, Golf Club 
Kharkov; Mantra, Odessa; Matsa&Plamya, Kiev, Port, Dnipro), FV – 5 (Bono, Odessa; 
Misto, Kharkiv; Dali and Normal, Kiev; Hamelion, Dniro); 
- successfully launched JD Tennessee Fire in on-trade – 30% distribution from JD #7; 
- developed and realized project “Avalon - Macallan Spiritual Home”, was awarded as a 
best Brand owners strategy implementation; 
- best country among CCH in launching new premium blended single malt whiskey 
Naked Grouse.

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM), Kyiv
Job responsibilities:
- development of the territory (Kyiv);
- development of staff (5 business developers);
- organization and monitoring of Key business indicators of the company;
- monitoring of accounts receivable.
Achievements:
- member of the program “Growth” (future position development program); 
- the best ASM in the Kyiv region (October *******************)
- fulfillment monthly KBI’s of the company (total sales, categories, as, receivables, etc.)

- monitoring of overdue payments.
Achievements:
- successful conduct of Euro-2012 in the given territory (city center);
- successful holding of the visits of the TOP leadership during the Euro 2012;
- achieving performance indicators: AC, overdue Debt, CDE on market, Spirits;

contracts, etc.).
Achievements:
- member of the program “STARS”;
- 3rd place in TOP-20 BD in Kyiv region
- fulfillment of key indicators each month by +5% of the plan in 2011;
- lack of overdue each month (-2% vs. target (-10%));
- growth of sales volumes and the number of active clients compared with the previous 
year (155->185);
- signing 12 exclusive bonus contracts;
- exclusive presence of the Company's products in the given territory.
