Technical diagnostics engineer/Condition Monitoring engineer. I'm responsible for predictive maintenance of rotating equipment.
I do:
-condition monitoring & corrective maintenance of rotary machines
-infrared diagnostic of mechanical and electrical equipment
-ultrasonic diagnostic of mechanical equipment
-data collection and vibration analysis
-oil analysis
-carrying out the corrective activities like:
- laser alignment
- improvement of base and foundation condition
- basement design
- installation of new basements and new equipment etc.
to improve the health condition by reducing of vibration, energy consumption and temperature.
-planning and effecting predictive maintenance schedules by the way of vibration monitoring
-thickness measurements
-walk-around inspections
-maintenance and trouble shooting of machinery inaccuracies
-reduction of unwanted energy consumption
-machine condition analysis
-root cause failure analysis.

Electro-mechanical technician/supervisor. I was responsible for impeccable reliability and maintenance of railway automation systems 24/7, made preventive maintenance scheduling for year\month\week, managed work of 8 people, serviced automation devices, remote control, signaling, centralization and blocking systems, electric drives, integrated cable systems etc.
