HR PRO GYM conference took place in Kharkiv

On October 21, HR PRO GYM conference was held in Kharkov. The format of the event fully corresponded to its concept and name. Even the venue was not chosen by chance — HR PRO GYM  took place on Metalist Stadium.

Right after registration HR PRO GYM participants went for the morning coffee talk to cheer up the tasty coffee and tune in to intensive training in HR and recruiting.

Organizers — Achievement House and HR-Solutions Studio — thought out every detail. Motivational plaques on tables with sweets read «Stay a step ahead!» and «Believe in yourself!». However even snacks for coffee were also special « nuts, dried apricots, dates which are known to contribute to mental work.

More than 200 participants from different cities of Ukraine gathered to improve their skills. The event brought together business speakers, experts in the field of marketing and personnel management, managers of IT companies. The conference was held in two streams — for recruiters and for HR-specialists.

During the breaks between reports the participants communicated, shared their impressions, and participated in awarding of useful prizes.

In addition to intensive training skills participants could stretch their muscles. Organizers have arranged workshops for zumba and kangoo jumps.

The conference ended with a sincere after party where participants discussed their knowledge gained, exchanged contact information and just rested in the company of like-minded colleagues.
