Why do I need recruiter's avatar and how can I add it?

Recruiter's avatar is displayed in the contact information section. Your photo will help you to increase trust to your job, because it will be much more pleasant for applicants to communicate with a particular recruiter with an avatar than with an unknown person. To upload your photo to website, go to Profile settingssection, where in Account information section you can add your avatar in Photo field.

Please note that the photo will be displayed in the size of 100x100 pixels, so don't download large photos with lots of small details. Also we draw your attention to the fact that according to the rules of our site it is forbidden to add the company's logo — it should be the image of the recruiter himself.
