Resume can't be sent to employer. What to do?

If you send to employer a resume that is not posted on the site, but a file that is stored on the computer, it is possible that the file size exceeds the acceptable size, or the file has an incorrect format. Acceptable file formats: .doc, .docx, .rtf, .pdf, .odt, .txt. The maximum size of resume files is 1 MB.

If the format and size of the file meets the requirements, we recommend to clear the cache in your browser.

Google Chrome

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del.
2. In the Clear history window, enable only the Images and other files that is stored in the cache option and select the period by which the browser should limit itself when deleting data.
3. Click Clear History.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del.
2. In the Delete Recent History window, in the Delete field, select from the list the period by which the browser should limit itself when deleting data.
3. Expand the Details list and ensure that only the Cache option is enabled.
4. Click the Remove Now button.

Opera

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del.
2. In the Clear browsing history window, specify the period by which the browser should limit itself when deleting data.
3. Make sure that only the Cached images and files option is enabled, and then click Clear browsing history.

Safari

1. From the browser menu, select Safari → Settings → Advanced.
2. Enable the Show the Development menu option in the menu bar.
3. In the browser menu, select Development → Clear caches.
